9.) The lessor shall provide 1 privilege parking space for day’s use by the lessee’s authorized represents the parking lot from the leased area subject to approval by the lessor. However, no overnight parking shall be allowed under all circumstances.

DAILY RENTAL CONDITIONS:
1.) The rate shall operate to include electricity consupmtion in the rental space.
2.) Common Use Service Area ( CUSA ) fee is for free.
3.) One hour each for ingress and egress shall be provided.
